Before You Apply
Just like developing the best plant genetics in the world, our hiring process is careful, deliberate, and focused on a high success rate. We value the time it takes to build and retain a team of talented individuals who share our passion for plants and creative collaboration.
Most candidates will participate in an initial phone screening with our HR department. Top candidates will be offered a minimum of one interview, with high-level applicants participating in two or more interviews, giving ample opportunity to meet and talk with employees from numerous departments.
